About the Role
We are looking for a Google Ads MCC Manager to support and manage multiple advertising accounts within a centralized environment. This role focuses on campaign structure, performance optimization, and account compliance across different markets. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure advertising goals are met through data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns using MCC (My Client Center)
- Monitor performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, conversions, and spend
- Structure accounts, campaigns, and budgets according to best practices
- Conduct keyword research and search term analysis
- Adjust bids, targeting, and creatives to improve efficiency
- Ensure accounts follow Google Ads policies and platform guidelines
- Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal review
- Collaborate with marketing and strategy teams on ongoing improvements
Requirements
- Hands-on experience managing Google Ads through MCC
- Solid understanding of Search, Display, and Performance Max campaigns
- Ability to analyze data and make informed optimization decisions
- Familiarity with conversion tracking and basic analytics
- Strong attention to detail and account organization
- Clear communication and documentation skills
- Comfortable working with multiple accounts simultaneously
Nice to Have
- Experience with international or multi-language accounts
- Knowledge of Google Analytics or similar reporting tools
