The continuous efforts of the ‘Vision Davangere’ team and concepts like ‘Seven Minute City’ are the reason for this success.Davangere: At the Tech Summit held in the capital Bengaluru, Davangere city was identified as an ‘IT-BT cluster’, paving the way for IT companies to come and set up shop here, and the dream of Davangere joining the ranks of IT and BT cities has sprung up.Till now, only the cities of Bangalore, Mysore, Mangalore, Tumkur, Hubballi-Dharwad and Belgaum (HDB) were identified as IT-BT clusters in the state. Thus, IT companies used to focus only on these cities at the Tech Summit held every year, and now this opportunity has been extended to Davangere as well.
