Executive Assistant

Job description

As an ideal candidate for this role, you will provide top-level assistance for high-level executives. You should be well-organized and comfortable with tasks such as scheduling meetings and responding to emails on behalf of the executive. Additionally, you will be responsible for drafting documents and assisting the executive with meeting preparations.

Responsibilities:
– Manage the calendar of executives efficiently
– Assist executives in preparing for meetings
– Handle email responses and document requests on behalf of executives
– Create slides, meeting notes, and documents for executives

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
– Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
– Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multitask, and excellent follow-up abilities
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
