Job description

As a candidate for the position, your role will involve:

– Explaining the customers about product offers and benefits
– Creating and managing new leads
– Tracking progress of Google reviews and sharing reports with respective leads
– Checking the working status of Toll-Free numbers and reporting to the relevant leads
– Promoting the products effectively
– Following up with customers for feedback via emails/phone calls, ensuring brand promotion
– Maintaining a register and sharing it based on company requirements
– Compiling a list of calls made by staff department-wise and submitting it to the HOD
– Making maintenance complaints in case of faults/damages/breakages and informing the relevant parties
– Checking and maintaining the intercom lines and instruments, seeking help from a telephone technician for repairs with prior permission
– Ensuring smooth operation of the telephone system without interruptions
– Maintaining professionalism by avoiding unnecessary conversations while on duty
– Providing courteous assistance to callers from within and outside the hospital, displaying willingness to help
– Ensuring accuracy in connecting calls to the correct numbers promptly
– Working in shifts, overtime, holidays, and weekends as per management’s request
– Remaining at the post until the reliever reports for duty
– Conducting surveys with consumers of GarbhaGudi and sharing reports with the team lead
– Escalating real-time process issues and inputs to the concerned individuals, with the team lead as the primary point of contact.,
